Namib Desert

Enjoy a classic safari in Namibia.

Tailor-made Classic Safari

Travel through the geological marvels of Namibias very old desert environments. Broken landscapes that are testimony to the powers of nature that formed the continent and lay bare some rock formations approximately a billion years old.

Huge dunes, in an endless 'sea of sand', that create a 'painting' of contrasting shadows. Visit the coast of the Atlantic ocean with its cold Benguela current. Enjoy the quaint 'picture' town of Swakopmund, a lively community between desert sands and the crashing waves of the sea. Relax and spend time at leisure or partake in the various activities offered here. (Weather permitting, enjoy a Namibian Sundowner and braai on the beach)

Enjoy a scenic flight along the Atlantic coast, over the abandoned diamond mines and the majestic dunes at Sossusvlei.

Boat Cruise Namib Desert Giraffe in Etosha

Drive 'off-road' through the 'wild' landscape of central Damaraland and search for the desert adapted elephant in the dry beds of Namibias ephemeral rivers.

On your way to the 'wet' region of the North-East, visit the Etosha National Park and observe the abundant wild life on these endless plains surrounding 'the Dry Water' of the huge Etosha salt pan. Along the Okavango River you can visit the local craftsmen and try your skill in dealing for that Namibian "souvenir". Take a leisurely boat ride on the Okavango at Mahangu, where these waters enter Botswana on their way to the unique habitat of the huge and famous inland Okavango Delta.

Return to Windhoek and your farewell dinner, of typical Namibia cuisine, at the well-known Joe's Beerhouse. AFRICA IMPRESSION.
